Introduction

Lurest Inc. ("we", "us") operates "Effica Grove" (the "Service") and sets out this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information.

Article 1 (Information We Collect)

GitHub account information: user ID, username, display name, avatar URL
Metadata of the record repository: repository name, Issue numbers/status (Open/Closed)/labels/created and updated timestamps
Stripe customer ID and payment/billing identifiers and status, where payment occurs
Name, email address, GitHub account (optional), and inquiry content submitted via the contact form
Access timestamps, browser, device, IP address, cookies, and other technical information

The Service does not collect your GitHub password. The authoritative copy of your record content is stored in your own GitHub repository, and we do not retain that authoritative copy.

Article 2 (Purpose of Use)

To provide the Service, authenticate users, and manage login sessions
To create, retrieve, aggregate, and display records via the GitHub API
To respond to inquiries and provide important notices
To investigate issues, ensure security, and prevent unauthorized use
To improve quality using statistical information that does not identify individuals

Article 3 (Use of the GitHub API and Data)

The Service uses the GitHub API based on your explicit authorization. Information obtained is handled only to the extent necessary to provide the Service's functionality, in accordance with GitHub's Terms of Service and API policy. We do not use record data for advertising, sale to third parties, or training AI models.

Article 4 (Handling of Access Tokens)

Tokens issued via OAuth authentication are stored as an encrypted httpOnly cookie. Signing out invalidates the cookie, but you must revoke GitHub-side authorization from your GitHub settings.

Article 5 (Provision to Third Parties)

We do not provide personal information to third parties except where required by law, with your consent, or when outsourcing to a service provider to the extent necessary.

Article 6 (External Services)

We use the GitHub API / OAuth, GitHub Actions (automated report generation), Stripe (payments), hosting providers, and email delivery providers. Each service's own terms and policies apply.

Article 7 (Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, etc.)

You may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your personal information as permitted by law. Please contact us via the contact form. You can delete your record content directly in your own repository.

Article 8 (Changes to This Policy)

We may revise this Policy as necessary.
